The Reconsidered Leader roles on, this time addressing what philosophy of leadership emanates from Kenotic Leadership. Apophatic, or Via Negativa--that we ask what leadership is not and cannot ever be if it is to be in the key of Christ, guides all of our meditations moving forward. Not only do we eliminate ways in which the world thinks about its leaders, but we also consider how it is that leadership is more about what it clears away and makes possible for those who follow it.
