Undoubtedly you have heard of the French fiasco in the opening ceremony of the 2024 Olympic Games. How are Christians to process this event? We try to get underneath the surface level political tensions and ask about the nature of art and imagery, interpretation, etc., and ask ourselves whether Christians should be offended by mockery, or if they should demand better mockery from their cultured despisers.
